As a Catholic Parish Primary School we believe that the children are the fundamental reason for the school's existence and this philosophy should influence all of our policies and actions.

Therefore, St. Justin's school aims to focus on the total development of the child, i.e. the spiritual, physical, moral, social, emotional and intellectual development of the individual.

St. Justin's Parish School aims to be a community that upholds and fosters the values, knowledge, traditions and practices of the Catholic faith. We acknowledge parents as the first educators of their children and encourage their active participation in their child's faith development.

At St. Justin's school we aim to challenge each individual to develop compassion, tolerance and mutual respect for each other.

Our school will be a witness to the Gospels through the way we pray, celebrate, educate, play and communicate with each other.

St. Justin's values openness and is a place of belonging.

At St. Justin's we believe that pastoral care involves creating a stable, secure and welcoming environment in which children and their families, staff and parish personnel experience love, care and friendship. we also hope this sense of belonging will embrace the wider parish community.

Furthermore, the children at St. Justin's will be encouraged to participate meaningfully in parish and community celebrations and activities.

At St. Justin's school we are aware of the unique cultural backgrounds and experiences that the children bring to our school. Therefore we endeavour to expose each child to a diverse range of educational experiences so that the students can develop according to their own learning style and development stage.

At St. Justin's we encourage and challenge our students to develop their skills and talents. Teachers monitor progress so that students are led to personal growth through recognition of their successes.

Our school aims to provide structures and resources to support the curriculum. We aim to implement and continually evaluate a challenging, comprehensive curriculum, which is relevant to our students.
